Living with celiac disease goes beyond simply following a gluten-free diet. As both a celiac patient and a parent to a celiac child, I can provide valuable insights into the various aspects of managing this condition. From navigating social situations to understanding cross-contamination risks, I am here to help you comprehend all that comes with celiac disease. 

Understanding your diagnosis

I am here to assist you in healing your body from the damage caused by immune attacks and prevent future damage. But, celiac disease comes with emotional trauma as well as physical.

As a mindfulness counsellor and celiac patient, I offer support in navigating the emotional challenges that come with celiac disease. 

With my expertise, I can provide you with the necessary guidance and support to improve your overall health and well-being. Together, we can work towards restoring your body and mind's natural balance and promote optimal healing.

Jenni’s Journey

I was a skinny child, too thin for my height, could never gain weight, had migraines, dizzy spells and caught every virus that was going around. All odd symptoms that didn't add up to anything serious so "it's just a phase" was the phrase most often thrown at me.

Then in 2014 my body decided it had enough. It shut down. Intestinal pain, constant nausea, i was vomiting 12-15 times a day! This, and so much more, went on for 3 months. I was so weak!

Finally the diagnosis... celiac disease.

Almost 10 years have past since I lay in that hospital bed too dizzy to stand.

I already had a PhD in natural medicine but now I had a purpose. The past 10 years have been dedicated to learning as much as I can about celiac, autoimmune, nutrition and natural healing. I am here to share my acquired knowledge and first hand wisdom to help you navigate the ups and downs of this crazy disease.
